I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues for sensitive, empathetic women who want lasting change.

I help my clients connect to themselves more authentically, so they can find calmness, clarity and confidence.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that goes deeper than talk therapy to facilitate lasting change.

It helps you access the protective and wounded parts of yourself, so you can understand them better and help them heal.

How IFS works

IFS is based on the concept that we all have parts of us that make up who we are. IFS looks directly at these parts of you, and your whole inner system (the parts that protect you and the parts that feel vulnerable).

In IFS therapy, all these parts can be explored – even the ones you might not like and struggle to deal with.

  • the critical parts

  • the anxious and overwhelmed parts

  • the parts you hide from everyone else

  • the ones that feel like you’re not good enough

  • even the parts that are skeptical or angry

By getting to know and listening to these parts, it can help you feel calmer and less stressed out. You will be able to connect to yourself in a much deeper way and make space for things that usually get pushed aside and ignored. When you take time to understand your parts, you’ll learn what’s needed to heal and move forward.

What to expect

Together we will identify what patterns, reactions, and emotions you’re struggling with. We’ll explore inner conflicts you notice, so you feel less overwhelmed and “at war” with yourself.

When you feel comfortable, I’ll help you directly connect to the parts of you that are trying to cope with your problems. You’ll gain clarity and get to the root of what’s going on. I’ll also help you tap into more curiosity and self-compassion along the way.

  • We will address all the fears, concerns, and blocks that you notice during the process.
